Challenge

Over several years, Global Pace Limited needed a dependable partner for sourcing construction materials and delivering fabrication and fit-out work across separate projects — each with its own scope, timeline and quality requirements.

Our Role

Jopetnah International Limited supplied, fabricated and installed materials across three discrete engagements for Global Pace Limited between 2018 and 2021. Each engagement was independently certified as substantially complete and operable by the client's Managing Director upon completion.

Engagements

• January 2018 — Supply of construction materials. Cement, tiles and aluminum supplies, delivered and certified complete within an agreed short turnaround (9–15 January 2018).
• August–October 2019 — Metal fabrications project. Fabrication and supply of windows, doors and steel rails, certified complete on 30 October 2019.
• June–July 2021 — Office tiling and partitions. Purchase and laying of granite and porcelain/ceramic tile flooring, together with aluminum, glass and MDF office partitions, gypsum partitioning, window, painting and door fixing, certified complete on 23 July 2021.

Results

• All three engagements certified by Global Pace Limited as substantially complete and operable, with construction confirmed as completed in accordance with the relevant issued permit.
• A working relationship sustained across multiple years and project types — materials supply, fabrication, and interior fit-out.
• Consistent delivery against agreed project and completion dates on each engagement.
