Coordination Support for Training and Institutional Capacity Initiatives

Challenge

Institutional partners required structured learning and facilitation support that reflected adult-learning needs, participant profiles, institutional schedules and programme objectives. Effective coordination and suitable documentation were also important for programme administration and reporting.

Our Role

Jopetnah International Limited contributed to agreed capacity-building activities through learning-session preparation, workshop facilitation and coordination support. Activities were undertaken within the respective scopes and responsibilities established by the contracting parties.

Approach

• Worked with institutional contacts to clarify learning objectives and participant requirements.
• Prepared or supported the preparation of module outlines and session plans.
• Adapted learning activities to agreed participant profiles and programme schedules.
• Facilitated workshops and follow-up discussions within the assigned scope.
• Supported the maintenance or handover of attendance, completion and related records where required.

Results

• Learning sessions delivered against agreed objectives and schedules.
• Participants introduced to practical tools and approaches relevant to their roles.
• Documentation made available to institutional partners for applicable internal reporting requirements.
• A basis for considering repeat or expanded learning activities where requested and appropriate.
